The Moment We're In

The Aged Care Act 2024, Strengthened Quality Standards, and Support at Home program have transformed what is expected of every provider. DJS Advisory Group helps organisations not just meet those expectations — but lead them.

For older Australians and families, we provide the independent, expert guidance you deserve to navigate a complex system with confidence.

About

Led by Dean Saxby

DJS Advisory Group is a specialist aged care consultancy founded by Dean Saxby — a senior executive with over two decades of hands-on leadership across the full aged care continuum.

Dean has held CEO, COO, and Director of Care roles across residential aged care, home care, and integrated community services. He has led organisations through accreditation, regulatory response, financial recovery, and cultural transformation — with direct accountability for services supporting thousands of residents and home care clients.

DJS Advisory Group brings that operational depth to every engagement. Clients don't get a junior consultant or a generic framework — they get Dean Saxby, with 20 years of sector experience, working directly on their challenges.

Dean also brings a wide and extremely experienced network of industry leaders — across clinical, governance, legal, financial, and workforce disciplines — that can be leveraged to support clients where specialist expertise is required.

The practice operates a dual model: expert advisory for aged care providers, and independent guidance for older Australians and their families — because both sides of this sector deserve the best possible support.
